Wall Street home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Wall Street rose by $155,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $755,000 - a 25.8% increase over the $600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wall Street in November 2016.
