Times Square home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Times Square rose by $161,000 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $780,000 - a 26% increase over the $619,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Times Square in December 2016.
