Upper East Side home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Upper East Side fell by $576,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,571,250 - a 26.8% decrease over the $2,147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Upper East Side in March 2017.
