Midtown home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Midtown rose by $357,747 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,517,747 - a 30.8% increase over the $1,160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Midtown in March 2017.
