The New York Yankees announced on May 13 that their upcoming game against the Baltimore Orioles, originally scheduled for Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. Eastern Time, will now be played at 1:05 p.m. The decision was made after consultation with Major League Baseball because of expected inclement weather.

The change in schedule is important for fans planning to attend the game, as it affects both ticketing and event timing. The gates at Yankee Stadium will open at noon for the rescheduled afternoon matchup.

According to the Yankees, tickets dated for Wednesday’s original evening start time remain valid and require no further action from ticket holders. Fans who cannot attend the newly scheduled time are advised to visit Orioles.com/Weather for options regarding their tickets. Access to tickets through the MLB Ballpark App remains available, and fans can transfer or resell their tickets using SeatGeek.com.

Additionally, Japanese Heritage Night—previously set for Wednesday—has been postponed and will be rescheduled for a future date that has yet to be announced. Fans who purchased this special ticket package will receive a refund and first access when the new date is confirmed.

Further updates regarding scheduling changes or event details are expected in coming weeks.
