Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced on May 20 that three of its Minneapolis shareholders, Michael A. Collyard, Shawn R. McIntee, and Arleen A. Nand, have been included in Minnesota Lawyer’s Minnesota Legal 250 list for 2026.

The recognition highlights attorneys who have shown sustained success and leadership within the legal field in Minnesota. The list features a total of 290 attorneys across 16 categories and is compiled based on previous coverage, nominations, and input from legal industry sources.

Collyard was recognized in the Business Litigation category. He serves as chair of the Affirmative Recovery Practice and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice. His work includes representing receivers, bankruptcy trustees, litigation trusts, banks, hedge funds, and companies in commercial litigation matters such as fraud cases and antitrust issues.

McIntee was named in the Mergers & Acquisitions category for his role within Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice. He represents clients ranging from local businesses to some of the world’s largest privately held companies across industries including automotive, technology, agriculture, financial services, and medical devices.

Nand was honored in the Finance & Banking category as co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Finance Practice. She represents commercial banks as well as development banks and investment firms both domestically and internationally. Nand has structured more than $45 billion worth of investment grade transactions throughout her career.

This recognition underscores Greenberg Traurig’s presence among influential legal professionals in Minnesota.
