NFIB New York, along with its business community partners, is organizing Small Business Day 2025 in Albany. The event aims to provide a platform for small business owners to discuss the impact of regulations and mandates on their operations directly with legislators.
"Legislators need to fully understand the impact regulations and mandates have on your business, and they can only hear that from YOU! Invest in the future of your business by fighting for your right to independently own and operate today," stated NFIB New York.
Small Business Day is open to participants free of charge; however, advanced registration is necessary due to limited seating availability. Interested individuals are encouraged to register promptly.
The agenda includes a registration and breakfast session at 9:00 AM, followed by a priority issues briefing at 9:15 AM. Legislative meetings are scheduled from 10:30 AM until 1:30 PM. Additional details about the event will be provided soon.
Sponsors supporting this initiative include the American Chemistry Council, Employer Alliance for Affordable Healthcare, Associated General Contractors of New York State, New York State Economic Development Council, Associated Builders and Contractors, National Fuel, Greater Rochester Chamber, Food Industry Alliance of New York State, and New York Association of Convenience Stores.
