The first quarter of 2020: Home prices in Port Chester increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Port Chester rose by $285,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 61.3% increase over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Port Chester in the first quarter of 2019.
