How did home prices perform in White Plains during the first quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in White Plains rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $608,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in White Plains in the first quarter of 2019.
