Rising home prices in Yonkers in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Yonkers rose by $17,350 while total sales decreased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 228 homes sold, with a median sale price of $502,350 - a 3.6% increase over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 230 homes sold in Yonkers in the first quarter of 2019.
