The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Pelham in Westchester County rose by $112,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pelham in the first quarter of 2019.
