Pricing for the median home in Yorktown decreased during the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Yorktown fell by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,000 - a 10.3% decrease over the $448,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Yorktown in the first quarter of 2019.
