The first quarter of 2020: Home prices in Peekskill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Peekskill rose by $41,167 while total sales increased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,167 - a 14% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Peekskill in the first quarter of 2019.
