Harrison (Westchester County) home prices fell in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Harrison in Westchester County fell by $26,454 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,296 - a 10% decrease over the $263,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Harrison in the first quarter of 2019.
