January 2020: Greenburgh experienced a 752% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Greenburgh rose by $2,184,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,475,000 - a 752% increase over the $290,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Greenburgh in January 2019.
