Pricing for the median home in Pound Ridge decreased during January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Pound Ridge fell by $215,000 while total sales decreased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $710,000 - a 23.2% decrease over the $925,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Pound Ridge in January 2019.
