Mount Vernon median home prices fell by 11.7% in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Mount Vernon fell by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 15.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 11.7% decrease over the $492,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Mount Vernon in January 2019.
