January 2020: Peekskill experienced a 4.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Peekskill rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Peekskill in January 2019.
