The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Rye fell by $1,225,000 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,250,000 - a 49.5% decrease over the $2,475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Rye in March 2019.
