The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Pound Ridge rose by $462,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $922,500 - a 100.5% increase over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pound Ridge in February 2020.
