Home prices increased in Yorktown during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Yorktown rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $495,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Yorktown in February 2020.
