October 2021: White Plains experienced a 7.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in White Plains fell by $55,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 30 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $710,000 - a 7.2% decrease over the $765,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in White Plains in October 2020, as well.
