Renowned criminal profiler Pat Brown was joined by her son, Dave Brown, in a video interview by Epoch Times’ Joshua Philipp where they blamed the erosion of racial equality on liberals. The mother and son duo recently published a book detailing how left-leaning Americans are destroying the dream of Martin Luther King, Jr.

According to the interview, Pat Brown noticed that the racial divide has become more prevalent in today’s society than in recent years. Both mother and son agree that the reason behind this is the exaggerated focus on racial inequality when they feel that there is none.

Pat Brown mentioned a young African American woman who tried a questionable hair product and had a mishap afterward. The hair product hardened on the woman’s hair and she needed a doctor to remove it because it got glued to her scalp and washing it off wasn’t effective.

According to Brown some people claimed that there is systemic racism in hair products because there are not enough products that are on the market for African Americans. Brown said that this was ridiculous and the practice of pointing out all the supposed racial inequality in people’s daily lives is not helping America become more racially sensitive. In fact, both mother and son agree that it’s more detrimental.
