Please join us virtually on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 7:30 am for this informative presentation.

This Month's Guest Speakers:

Andrea Deepe, Chief Executive Officer of Warren Washington Association for Mental Health

Andrea will share with us some tips and insight on balancing ourselves with the structured chaos of our new, temporary norms. Andrea will be focusing on the harmonizing of structure and routine with self-care and self-exoneration as working women try to return to some form of normalcy for themselves and their families.

Carol Carlson, MSCP from the Adirondack Employee Assistance Program

Carol will share with the council her insight on how our brains work and why mindfulness can be so helpful in our personal and professional lives. This is “Brain 101” for the working woman!

Grab a cup of coffee and zoom into this informative and engaging discussion.
