Mayor Madden reminds residents and property owners to keep sidewalks adjacent to their property free of obstacles when placing garbage and recycling bins out for collection. Your cooperation and assistance will help keep our community accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

Additionally, residents are reminded that payment of first installment of the solid waste collection fee is due May 31. Payments postmarked after June 1, 2020, will accrue interest. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, payments cannot be completed in-person at City Hall. Payments can be completed online at www.troyny.gov/pay
