Rochester home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Rochester rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 252.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 236 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $41,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Rochester in March 2016.
