Southampton (Suffolk County) home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Southampton in Suffolk County rose by $475,000 while total sales increased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,995,000 - a 31.3% increase over the $1,520,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Southampton in 2016.
