Asharoken home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Asharoken rose by $255,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,205,000 - a 26.8% increase over the $950,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Asharoken in 2016.
