Sodus Point home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Sodus Point fell by $3,375 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,625 - a 2.7% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Sodus Point in the second half of 2016.
