Depew home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Depew rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Depew in the second half of 2016.
