Mount Kisco (Westchester County) home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mount Kisco in Westchester County rose by $115,000 while total sales increased by 178.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $522,500 - a 28.2% increase over the $407,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mount Kisco in the first half of 2016.
