Pelham (Westchester County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Pelham in Westchester County rose by $75,000 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $880,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $805,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Pelham in the second half of 2016.
