North Salem home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Salem rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,000 - a 1% increase over the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in North Salem in the second half of 2016.
