Sag Harbor home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Sag Harbor rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,410,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $1,400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Sag Harbor in the second half of 2016.
