Bushwick South home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Bushwick South fell by $272,500 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,187,500 - a 18.7% decrease over the $1,460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Bushwick South in the first half of 2016.
