Bedford home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Bedford rose by $498,740 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,998,740 - a 33.2% increase over the $1,500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bedford in the second half of 2016.
