Yorkville home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Yorkville fell by $64,000 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $878,000 - a 6.8% decrease over the $942,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Yorkville in the second half of 2016.
