Hilton home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Hilton rose by $43,062 while total sales increased by 600%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,462 - a 45.1% increase over the $95,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hilton in the first quarter of 2016.
