Red Creek home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Red Creek rose by $50,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 285.7% increase over the $17,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Red Creek in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
