Clyde home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Clyde rose by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,000 - a 380% increase over the $10,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Clyde in the first quarter of 2016.
