Sodus Point home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Sodus Point rose by $27,700 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,844 - a 32.2% increase over the $86,145 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Sodus Point in the first quarter of 2017.
