Palmyra home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Palmyra rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Palmyra in the first quarter of 2017.
