Brant home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Brant fell by $114,900 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,100 - a 63.8% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Brant in the fourth quarter of 2016.
