Harrison (Westchester County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Harrison in Westchester County fell by $255,000 while total sales increased by 272.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $845,000 - a 23.2% decrease over the $1,100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Harrison in the first quarter of 2016.
