North Haven home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in North Haven rose by $550,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,550,000 - a 27.5% increase over the $2,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Haven in the first quarter of 2016.
