White Plains home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in White Plains rose by $18,875 while total sales increased by 108%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $541,875 - a 3.6% increase over the $523,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in White Plains in the first quarter of 2016.
