Shinnecock Hills home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Shinnecock Hills rose by $590,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,147,500 - a 105.8% increase over the $557,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Shinnecock Hills in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
