Greenburgh home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Greenburgh rose by $53,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $472,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $418,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Greenburgh in the fourth quarter of 2016.
