Mattituck home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mattituck rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Mattituck in the first quarter of 2016.
