Coram home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Coram rose by $19,020 while total sales increased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,020 - a 7.2% increase over the $264,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Coram in the first quarter of 2016.
